I’m Mike Applegate, the Inside Sales Manager at Ed Prather Real Estate, based in the heart of Lakewood near Union Square. I’m typically the first person you’ll speak with when you’re thinking about selling your home, and I take that responsibility seriously.

With a passion for sales and a commitment to honest communication, my focus is on ensuring every homeowner is paired with the right plan and the right agent from the very first conversation. Too often, sellers feel frustrated by poor communication or inexperienced guidance — and that isn’t acceptable to me. I make it my priority to listen, educate, and provide clarity so you feel confident and supported through every step of your real estate journey.

Since joining Ed Prather Real Estate in 2021, I’ve helped hundreds of local sellers and buyers navigate the market with clear expectations and thoughtful strategy — whether it’s helping burned-out sellers, unsure homeowners, or buyers ready to move forward.

I grew up in Colorado and love everything this state has to offer, from pickleball and skiing to hiking 14ers and running marathons. That active lifestyle and connection to the outdoors shapes how I approach my work — with energy, dedication, and a deep appreciation for the communities we serve.
